Public Procurement.

Legal support in public procurement processes related to the selection of contractors by public agencies and contract execution for construction, inspection, concession and other government contracts. The firm also provides advice in sanctions and settlement proceedings, as well as representation in contract claims.

Infrastructure.

Advice on infrastructure projects, consisting of analysis, searches for information and document submissions for selection processes and the establishment of legal entities.
